Important news regarding Terminal 5

As of Monday October 13th 2008, all coaches will now set down passengers for Terminal 5 at the arrivals level instead of the departures level.  This is due to circumstances beyond our control.  Our coaches will set down at stand 10 (the same stop where our Reading bound coaches depart from).

The remainder of our operation will continue to operate to the scheduled timetable as normal.

Terminal 5 passengers

Passengers flying out of Terminal 5 will need to use the lifts on the arrivals level to access the departures area.  The arrivals level is level 0 and departures is level 5.

Our Reading bound coaches will continue to depart from stand 10 as normal.
